How do I get my questions answered?

If you have any questions or require assistance with ProboSearch, please do not hesitate to visit www.probosearch.com and click on GET SUPPORT button on the bottom left corner of the screen.

For the first time users

Click on REGISTER by providing your First and Last Name and E-mail Address. You will be redirected to the support module and a welcome screen directing you to Create Tickets will appear. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail containing your temporary password in this e-mail.

For returning users

Type in your e-mail and password and press Log in button. You may choose to instruct the system to remember the login credentials by pressing Remember me checkbox.
