ProboSearch
ProboSearch has been extremely beneficial to myself and the Woodmere Police Department. Working with the CxT Group and SWC Software Control Inc. to help make the program fit the needs of the department. The ProboSearch program has allowed our support staff to download critical video data from our squad cars in a timely manner, which has been used to resolve disputed traffic violations, incidents and complaints. The video captured by squad car cameras and body cameras, provide an unbiased account of events that occurred, when eradicating any doubt that may exist in a testimony. The ProboSearch program uses a user-friendly interface, which compiles and separates videos by date, time, squad car number or officer badge to produce video reports.
The video reports can be generated within minutes and turned in as evidence while a traffic incident is being disputed. Once again, this action has been a tremendous time saver and a valuable asset with regard to remediating traffic violations, incidents and complaints. The system also works in conjunction with our records retention policy and will automatically delete files once the time period is reached unless flagged for it to be retained for a longer period of time and or for evidence.
In addition, one key selling feature for our police department is the one time charge for the ProboSearch Program. Once we purchased ProboSearch, we owned it. There are no additional monthly or annually licensing charges included as with other products we investigated. The Woodmere Village Police Department strongly recommend the ProboSearch program to any law enforcement agency looking to automate squad car video surveillance as well as body camera. It’s a great product.
